How does the junk removal process work?
We aim to offer fast and reliable service. In many cases, we can schedule same-day or next-day service depending on availability.
Book online
- If you already know how much space you need, Click here to schedule service online
- Enter your service address and materials
- Add the selected Load size to your cart
- Provide the necessary details, including any special instructions
- Review your order to ensure all information is correct
- Proceed to payment and complete the transaction using our secure online payment system
Need help estimating? If you’re unsure, you can contact us and send photos of your items. We’ll provide a rough estimate and recommend the best load size to book.
If additional space is needed during your appointment, we’ll create a change order in ¼-load increments. Work will continue once the additional service is approved and paid for. If not approved, service will stop at the original booked size.
Confirmation: You will receive an email once your service is confirmed. We will contact you if we have any questions or to provide further details about the removal process.
Payment methods
- We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment options.
Day of removal
- You are not obligated to be there. We can haul the junk away as long as we have access to the items. Just let us know ahead of time where to find everything!

What is your pricing?
Our pricing is based on the volume of junk we haul away. We offer four volume options: 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and a full dumpster. This way, you only pay for the space your junk takes up! Our dumpster holds roughly 20 cubic yards. Rates include labor*, fuel, and disposal costs.
To give you a rough idea, a full dumpster can hold several large pieces of furniture, appliances, or the equivalent of multiple truckloads of smaller items. You can send us pictures if you have any questions about what size you might need.

*The labor to load standard items from the main floor is already included in the junk removal pricing. Extra labor is charged for stairs or elevators, travel distance to the truck, disassembly/demolition, and the bagging or consolidation of small items.
What items do you remove?
We can remove just about anything, including furniture, appliances, yard waste, electronics, and construction debris. The only exceptions are hazardous materials.
Hazardous materials
- Hazardous materials include asbestos, certain chemicals, flammable substances, medical waste, and other items classified as dangerous. If you’re unsure about an item, feel free to ask us!

Are there any additional charges?
Additional charges apply for certain items or services. These charges include:
Exceeding load size
- If additional space is needed during your appointment, we’ll create a change order in ¼-load increments.
- Work will continue once the additional service is approved and paid for. If not approved, service will stop at the original booked size.
Exceeding weight limits
- items such as books, large amounts of scrap metal, and old appliances can be much heavier than they appear and might push you over the weight limit of 4,000 lbs
- In the case of weight overage, you will be charged an additional fee of $65 per ton
- If you’re unsure about the weight of your items, just let us know, and we can help you estimate whether additional charges may apply.
Distance to job
- if your location is outside of our standard service area, an additional fee may apply to cover the extra travel distance. We’ll let you know upfront if there will be any distance-related charges when you schedule your service.
Labor
- The labor to load standard items from the main floor is already included in the junk removal pricing. Extra labor is charged for stairs or elevators, travel distance to the truck, disassembly/demolition, and the bagging or consolidation of small items.
Cancellation fee
- There will be a $35 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of the pick-up
